I would like to complain about the parking rates at Wisma Cosway. My friend just told me that the parking rates were too high. He told me when he reached the toll parking, he gave the young indian boy the parking ticket and was charged rm17.00 for parking for 6hrs. He got angry with the young indian boy for over charging and there’s no maximum rate. The next thing he told me that the person in charge of the parking management system was not around. My friend argue with him. To make matters worse the guard down there busy chatting with his friends cannot help to solve the problem and the indian boy working at the ticket toll collection wanted to take down our registration car registration no. and the car my friend is driving. The young indian boy just sitting down there refuse to take down our car registration no. Instead he asked the guard to take down our car registration number and the car my friend was driving. at the end my friend decided to give the young indian boy rm6.
What i heard from my friend is very disturbing and disappointing. Charging my friend for parking for 6hrs for rate of rm17 is too high. First all employing a young indian boy working is not a good idea. From my friend point of view he said that the young indian boy looks like a student maybe at a age of 21. Secondly employing a student at the age of 21 is not a good idea.
To me what i know is most of the shopping malls they only charge a maximum rate of rm6. No one would be so stupid go and charge rm17.00.
Taking down my friends car registration and the type of car is not going to solve the problem. He has no rights to take down our car registration. This is parking doesn’t belong to the government, it’s a private parking.
The price is actually quite normal in KL City during weekdays.
yes, i was been charged rm 13.50 for 4 hours, near raja chulan but not open parking ..it’s a office building
